Last updated: 13 de febrero de 2026

1. Identity of the provider

This service is provided under the Reebler™ brand. Activity: International. Legal contact email: legal@reebler.com.

The name REEBLER is a trademark in the process of international registration with file number M4363302, filed on February 13, 2026.

2. Object of the service

Reebler provides cloud software (SaaS) for the hospitality industry, including catalog management, ordering, KDS, table management, subscriptions, and AI-assisted import.

Use of the platform implies express acceptance of these terms.

3. Account registration, access, and security

De client is responsible for the veracity of the registration data, for safeguarding their credentials, and for restricting access to authorized users of their business. Any use made from their account will be considered to be made by the customer, unless there is proof of unauthorized access.

Any security incident must be notified without reasonable delay.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The current plans and prices are those published in the application at the time of hiring. The subscription is renewed according to the periodicity of the contracted plan and is managed through an external payment provider.

Cancellation deactivates automatic renewal when applicable, and premium access is maintained until the end of the already paid period, unless otherwise indicated in the applicable offer.

5. Permitted use and limitations

It is prohibited to use Reebler for illegal activities, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service availability, or extracting data from other businesses. Reebler may suspend accounts for serious breaches or security risks.

6. Intellectual property

Reebler's software, designs, documentation, and distinctive elements are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. No property rights over the platform are assigned, except for a limited license for use while the account is active.

7. Availability and responsibility

Reebler works to maintain service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or total absence of errors. In no case will it be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of business resulting from external interruptions, connectivity, or incorrect use by the customer.

8. Data protection

Personal data processing is regulated in the Privacy Policy. When acting as a business on the platform, you are responsible for the data of your end customers that you enter or manage.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms due to legal, security, or product changes. We will publish the revision date and, where appropriate, communicate it through reasonable means.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by principles of private international law and e-commerce regulations. For any conflict, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before resorting to dispute resolution processes or competent courts in the provider's jurisdiction.
